Kieron Dyer is once again showing his amazing powers of recovery and is just ten days away from being fit, according to his manager Bobby Robson. Dyer picked up a knee injury in last Saturday's Newcastle-Southampton game and had been thought a virtual certainty to miss the world Cup. |

As expected Richard Wright has signed a new deal with Town. The keeper will stay with Town until the end of the 2003/04 season. He is pretty much the last of the younger Town players to be tied down on a long-term deal. |

Town have denied that Portman Road is set to change name, although they have admitted it has been discussed and that it could change in the future. Yesterday it was reported that as part of a new sponsorhip deal Portman Road would be named after the sponsors. The report also said that Greene King had been priced out of the market. |
